Refund Policy:

Our company is committed to customer satisfaction. We offer refunds under the following conditions: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. For issues related to product quality or incorrect items, we will provide a full refund or replacement. In cases where you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us within 30 days of receipt. Such refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and may be subject to a restocking fee. Please note that refunds cannot be granted for services that have already been utilized.

Delivery Policy:

We ship our products to various regions, both domestically and internationally. Order processing and shipping times vary based on the destination. Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensions and weight of the order and the shipping destination. Customers will receive a tracking number once their order is dispatched. We strive to ensure timely delivery, but please be aware that delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.

Return Policy:

We accept returns of products in their original, unused condition within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please contact us with your invoice number and reason for return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund or exchange will be processed. Please note that custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return.

Cancellation Policy:

For rental and purchase order cancellations, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or partial refund based on our discretion.
