“ContractorBoom” is a versatile, general-purpose boom designed for use in many different spill response applications. The boom incorporates cylindrical foam floatation (solid buoyancy) that is cost effective and offers high performance, reliability, and durability.
Cylindrical foam floatation booms have a greater waterline beam, are more stable, and offer more buoyancy and increased performance in rougher conditions than fence type booms.

- Floats are secured internally which eliminates pinch points or external seals and ensures a smooth external profile for superior oil containment
- Cylindrical foam floatation (rolled polyethylene) for maximum memory characteristics
- Will retain shape and not crush or break into pieces
- Economy model available with polystyrene floatation
- Corrosion resistant ASTM style marine grade aluminum connectors
- Heavy duty galvanized steel ballast chain
