Oil Spill Towable Bladder - Sea Slug
Canflex “Sea Slug” ocean towable bladders are secondary fluid tanks used for transport and storage of oil spill recovery, sewage water, and chemical spills. Utilized for environmental and oil spill response, these bladders are very rugged units with a cylindrical main body and matching conical ends, giving them great towing characteristics. Canflex uses superior engineering and design combined with the high strength coated fabrics used to manufacture its bladders. This allows the “Sea Slugs” to be used safely for training and practical applications over an unlimited time period.
Besides manufacturing, Canflex offers maintenance services and full comprehensive training. This ensures our client is ready for an emergency response situation, where preparedness and fast response time is paramount.
Canflex constructs “Sea Slug” bladders using dielectric-high frequency RF welding. This, combined with superior coated fabrics, hardware, and engineering, makes Canflex “Sea Slug” the best ocean towable bladder available on the global market. Material strength is critical for constructing a safe ocean towable bladder to fill, tow, and off loaded repeatedly.
