Production Worker Production $19 - $22 / Hour 9/22/2025
JOB SUMMARY
Operating machinery, assembling products, maintaining quality control, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment on a manufacturing line.  Key duties include RF Welding, handling materials, performing physical tasks, monitoring production equipment, conducting inspections, packing finished goods, and collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines and standards.Â
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate various types of production machinery, following specific instructions. Â
- Assemble finished products or components on a production line according to specifications. Â
- Measure and cut materials for use in production and transport materials to different locations. Â
- Monitor production processes and conduct basic quality and testing checks to identify defects and ensure products meet standards. Â
- Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machinery and work areas to ensure smooth operations and a safe environment. Â
- Note any equipment malfunctions or faults and report them to the production manager for timely resolution. Â
- Pack finished goods and prepare them for shipment, which may include crating, labeling and organizing them for transport. Â
- Organize raw materials and finished goods properly in the warehouse or designated areas. Â
- Follow all company safety protocols, health standards, and manufacturing guidelines to ensure a secure workplace. Â
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and other production staff to ensure deadlines are met and any issues are promptly addressed. Â

HEALTH AND SAFETY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
While performing this job, the employee is responsible for continuous adherence to the Company’s Health & Safety (H&S) Program. This includes: the health and safety of themselves and their coworkers, completing tasks in a safe manner, attending safety meetings and mandatory H&S training, and reporting any unsafe conditions, acts or unanticipated hazards to their Supervisor, Production Manager or General Manager. Duties and responsibilities are detailed in the H&S Program Master Document and will be provided by the direct supervisor during new-hire orientation, training sessions or upon request.Â
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESÂ
May act as a team leader as directed by the Production Manager.Â
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES (SKA)
No experience required. Skilled using hand and shop tools, and instruments, knowledge of RF welding practices and procedures a plus. Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail. Must be able to prioritize, stay focused and handle multiple, diverse responsibilities.  Â
PERSONAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may work alone or in teams, travel, work extended hours or shift work, with frequent interruptions and repetitious operations. This work requires high concentration with a moderate level of stress. Employee shall at all times demonstrate cooperative behavior with colleagues, clients, customers and vendors.Â
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, reach, climb or balance, hear and smell. The employee is required to use hands to handle, feel, and grasp. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee may need to work long hours on specific projects. There are frequent interruptions and repetitious motions. The employee may be in cramped or confined spaces for short periods of time. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Â
WORK ENVIRONMENT
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and fumes. May be exposed to heat and cold, risk of electrical shock; risk of radiation; and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud.
