Canflex Welcomes Brad Hopps as new Business Manager

Brad Hopps brings over a decade of experience leading large-scale ocean and coastal environmental projects on the U.S. West Coast. His expertise spans strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and multi-partner collaboration, with a proven record of managing large capital budgets from design through implementation.

As Marine Operations Manager for NRC, Brad oversaw maintenance, repair, and regulatory compliance for the entire West Coast marine fleet. He directed the design and manufacturing of many oil spill response products and multiple classes of workboats. Brad has extensive experience coordinating with federal and state agencies, including the USCG and ABS, and is recognized for mentoring high-performing teams while fostering strong professional relationships.
